How we review your brief (0–2 each):
- Focus & audience — clear problem and a named decision-maker.
- Evidence — recent, reliable, relevant to the ask.
- Options & trade-offs — at least two realistic options considered.
- Recommendations — owner, steps, timeline, cost/time hints.
- Design & clarity — headings, bullets, one figure, plain language.
